Apex Roofing & Leadwork is very much a family effort. Will’s the one up on the roofs, working hard come rain or shine to get your homes fixed and I’m (Kiasah) the one behind the laptop, keeping things running smoothly whilst grateful I’m indoors not navigating the elements!

Between us, we’ve built Apex around our values: doing the job properly, treating people fairly, and taking pride in every roof we work on across West Dorset and East Devon.

Will grew up in Lyme Regis and left to serve in the military before finding his way into roofing. It turned out to be a great fit, hands-on, precise, and rewarding. He spent over ten years with a respected local roofing firm, learning everything from slating and tiling to specialist leadwork, eventually managing his own sites and labourers. Starting Apex was his chance to take all that experience and put his own stamp on things whilst maintaining the same high standard of workmanship, but with a more personal, local approach.

I grew up just down the road in Bridport, and Will and I actually went to the same school in Lyme. We’ve been together for sixteen years now and have three children who probably keep us as busy as the business! Before Apex, I worked in management roles through different hospitality settings before running my own business. That background in organisation, customer service, and local business now helps keep Apex running smoothly. I handle everything off the tools so Will can focus on the work itself.

When we’re not working, Will’s usually off fishing down in Lyme Regis or gaming, and I’m most likely at the gym or losing myself in a good book with a coffee in hand.

We’re proud to live and work along the Dorset coast and to run a roofing business that’s truly ours. Built from the ground up with hard work, honesty, and a lot of teamwork.
